At the direction of City of Jacksonville officials, in response to ongoing COVID-19 health concerns, the 2020 Jacksonville Jazz Festival is canceled. The City of Jacksonville is committed to the health and safety of the community.

All VIP ticket purchases will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks.

For 40 years the Jacksonville Jazz Festival has brought music lovers together to enjoy that thing we call jazz. What started from humble beginnings has grown into one of the largest and beloved Jazz Festivals in the country. Known for our distinguished lineups, magnificent riverfront stages and our one of a kind VIP experience the Jacksonville Jazz Festival is excited to bring you the ultimate VIP experience!

NEW for 2020: VIP Wristband

VIP's now have the freedom to choose what to spend their VIP credits towards. Forget the tokens and meal tickets, this year we have made your experience even more flexible with our new VIP Wristband, loaded with all of your VIP perks.

Up-­Front Exclusive Seating

Sure you could lug a lawn chair and binoculars around with you all day. Or, you could kick up your feet and enjoy the show (all the shows!) front and center with plenty of legroom at the two 2020 Jacksonville Jazz Fest stages!

Reserved Parking

There’s plenty of parking downtown but none of it is more convenient than where you’ll be parking your jazz-­wagon! Why walk any further than you have to when you could save your energy for dancing the night away, you party animal?

Beverages & Food

Feeling a bit peckish? You don’t have to wander far when you’re at either of the two VIP areas. Enjoy a complimentary soft drink and snag alcoholic drinks at the bar and dinner with your VIP credits! $30 in credits for one-day pass holders and $110 in credits for three-day pass holders.

Food and beverage credit prices: $14 for a dinner meal, $6 for a beer or wine, $8 for a single liquor drink, $14 for a double liquor drink.

Climate-Controlled Restrooms

Exclusive, private restrooms with running water and glorious air­-conditioning.

Dedicated VIP Bars with Beer, Wine, and Liquor- NEW ENHANCEMENTS FOR 2020- Use your VIP Wristband!

You’re a VIP, you don’t wait for drinks and it’s the only place at Jazz Fest you can find a full liquor bar! You walk up to your VIP bar and you get yourself a beer, wine or spirit! Who knew life could be so good?

VIP packages are non-refundable. Please note, for the 2020 Jacksonville Jazz Festival, there are two amazing stages for you to groove at daily. Unused credits on your VIP Wristband, are non-refundable and expire at the end of the festival day corresponding with your VIP wristband.
